Mr Cave is an experienced Director, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer with a career in major corporate turnaround projects, structured finance and corporate advisory services. Over a 35 year career, Mr Cave has held Executive Director positions with PayConnect Solutions, Parbury Limited, Wormald International, Reil Corporation and Macquarie Bank. Mr Cave is a founding Director of the Company.

Mr Kym Godson - CEO and Managing Director

Mr Godson is an experienced public company Director and has extensive experience in the management of industrial businesses, particularly within the steel industry. Mr Godson has taken over management of the Company until a suitable replacement is found. He was the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of the Company prior to July 2005 and Managing Director of Atlas Steels Limited before the takeover by Email Limited in late 1995. Mr Godson is a founding Director of the Company.
Dip Tech (Bus Admin), FAICD, FAIM
Mr Godson is an experienced public company Director and has extensive experience in the management of industrial businesses, particularly within the steel industry. Mr Richard Grellman - Non-Executive Director
FCA
Mr Grellman brings significant accounting and finance skills to Atlas, having had 32 years experience in the accounting profession, he was a partner at KPMG until 2000. He is currently a director at AMP Limited and Trafalgar Corporate Group Limited and is the Chairman of Cryosite Limited, the Association of Surfing Professionals, Mission Australia and the NSW Motor Accidents Authority.
Mr Graeme Pettigrew - Non-Executive Director
FPNA, FAIM, FAICD
Mr Pettigrew is an experienced company director currently serving on the board of Adelaide Brighton Ltd and Lafarge Plasterboard Pty Ltd. A former Chief Executive Officer of CSR Building Products Pty Ltd, he has extensive experience in manufacturing, supply and distribution in the building products industry both in Australia and Asia. Previously he was the Managing Director of Chubb Australia Limited and Wormald Security Australia Pty Limited and involved in the manufacturing, contracting and service industries.

John Reid - Chief Financial Officer
MCom, BCom, DipCM, CA
Mr Reid is a Chartered Accountant who has over 15 years senior financial and line management experience in paper distribution, paper manufacture and FMCG manufacturing and distribution. In the last 2 years Mr Reid has been consulting to private equity turnarounds.
